Despite what you might have read in your newspaper, watched on CNN, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, etc., or been warned about by the censors at Facebook or Twitter, former vice president Joe Biden and his running mate, senator Kamala Harris have not been elected to public office.
As I write this, Twitter and Facebook are censoring anyone who disputes the claims of Leftist media that the 2020 Election has already been decided by saying, as though it was a fact, that the results have been confirmed by "Official Sources".
So, just who are these official sources that the social media giants are relying upon? Answer: The Associated Press (AP).
Well, that's not how elections are decided in America. The AP is not an official election source. The AP is a newswire service owned by its contributing newspapers, radio and television stations in the United States, all of which contribute stories to the AP and use material written by its staff journalists.
As any American who has passed an eighth-grade civics exam knows the President of the United States is elected by the Electoral College after reaching a magical 270 electoral votes determined by the popular vote tallies from all fifty states.
According to Real Clear Politics, Joe Biden has not reached the required number of votes. As of this writing, Biden has 259 votes to President Trump's 214. A number of states are the subject of genuine disputes. The Trump Team has filed more than one lawsuit challenging the interim results. One lawsuit, in Pennsylvania, alleges serious fraud (Document).
Hundreds of affidavits have been collected by Trump lawyers alleging widespread fraud including dead people voting, ballots being back-dated, special treatment for Democrat areas of some states, Republican observers being denied access as required by law for ballot inspection, ballots being changed by poll workers and then there's the issue of bulk mail-in ballots that were sent to everyone on the voter lists, which are known to be wildly out of date and inaccurate. Tens of thousands of voters from California have been found to have voted in Nevada and according to reports poll workers encouraged non-residents to apply for an appointment for a driving license and accepted that document as proof of residency, which violates state law in Nevada. The list of alleged fraud continues to grow.
What happens if neither candidate achieves 270 electoral college votes? This might happen if a number of states are unable to certify their vote tallies by 6 December 2020. In this case, the decision would pass to the House of Representatives.
Of the fifty state legislatures, Republicans control 29 states. Democrats control 19 and two states are split. Under these circumstances, it is likely that if states are unable to certify their vote tallies, then, the House of Representatives would re-elect President Trump.
Now you know why the Leftist media is advancing this false narrative of Joe Biden having been elected. They know that if the court decides, President Trump will prevail, and if the states cannot decide the House will re-elect President Trump.
