Over the past 28 years, the United States has worked with you on shared priorities including regional stability, security, and mutual prosperity. Our partnership has grown stronger each year, and we look forward to deepening our cooperation over the coming year in support of Uzbekistan’s independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
