On behalf of the Government of the United States of America and the American people, I would like to convey my best wishes to the people of Turkmenistan as you celebrate your country’s Independence Day on September 27.
The United States and Turkmenistan have been working together for the last 28 years in pursuit of a more prosperous, peaceful, and stable Central Asia. We look forward to strengthening cooperation between our two peoples in many areas, including trade, regional connectivity, and education, in the coming year.
