Trying to Usurp a Government is Treason

by Bill White

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Yesterday, Aaron J. Carpenter (@aaronjcarpenter), a city Councilman in Marysville, OH tweeted this (see image above):

The big news you need to hear about today is Ware County, Georgia.
Dominion machines were seized. Equal number of Trump and Biden votes were forensically analyzed. However, the machines reported 87% for Trump and 113% for Biden. Should be 100% for both.
Stay tuned. This is big.

When I saw that tweet, which I believe to be true, I re-tweeted it and then tweeted an unambiguous thought. I wrote:

Anyone found to have been involved in the #Election2020 fraud should be arrested, prosecuted and if found guilty, by a court of law, convicted and then executed.

I stand by that statement.

For the #Leftists reading this article, that's a 26% swing in the vote in favor of @JoeBiden and away from President @realDonaldTrump. Stealing or even trying to steal an election is Treason according to 18 U.S. Code § 2381. In many countries around the world, leaders skip the prosecution and finding of guilt and simply execute those who try to subvert a country's government.

At the very least, those with knowledge of the obvious attempt to steal the 2020 U.S. Election are guilty of Misprision of Treason, 18 U.S. Code § 2382, unless they immediately reported what they knew, as explained within the U.S. Code (see below).

What happened next was that CEO @Jack Dorsey and his merry band of #Leftists @Twitter blocked my account (@realBillWhite) and then I was blackmailed into deleting the post before the Twitter clock would begin my 12-hour punishment, during which time the company un-followed me from everyone I had previously been following. These spinless #Leftist scum hide behind their monitors and wield their 'power' in what I maintain is retaliation for the mistreatment they received as children. I am confident that as a child Dorsey was a loner, ignored by his classmates, and thought to be odd. Everyone who has witnessed his appearance digress from that of a reasonably presentable businessman to one resembling a homeless man, complete with an unkempt beard and a nose ring would agree that he is quite odd, indeed.

Jack Dorsey
Jack Dorsey

In my opinion, Dorsey is a subversive. He is an enemy of the State and should be treated like any other person who works against an elected government. He is guilty of numerous crimes, including assisting in the crimes of Joe Biden, pursuant 18 U.S. Code § 912. It is a crime for anyone to falsely assume or pretend to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof. Joe Biden is not President-Elect of the United States. The list of those in the media and across social media who are guilty of this offense is long, indeed.

That's where the conspiracy comes in on these particular offenses. #Leftist media, perhaps lead by Dorsey and his company Twttier, Inc., assisted by the major social media networks, and a large number of politicians are similarly guilty of conspiring to usurp the elected Government of the United States. They are each guilty of treason.

Twitter staff and Dorsey are able to blackmail me and force me to delete my tweet. I posted it on my Parler account (@realBillWhite) and repeated it across all of my other social media. Then I wrote this article, which you can share.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

Whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof, and acts as such, or in such pretended character demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
