Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo met today with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Lisbon, Portugal. Secretary Pompeo and the Prime Minister reaffirmed the strength and importance of the U.S.-Israel bilateral relationship. The Secretary and the Prime Minister discussed Iran’s destabilizing influence in the region, the importance of economic cooperation with regional partners, and Israel’s security.
