Secretary Michael R. Pompeo spoke today with French Minister of Foreign Affairs Jean-Yves Le Drian to discuss U.S. and French efforts in Iraq and continued cooperation in countering Iran’s malign activities in the region. The two reiterated the purpose and resolve of the Coalition’s military presence in Iraq to fight ISIS.
