Details of the prosecution of Donna Kavanagh, Hertfordshire
On 3 September 2021, at St Albans Magistrates Court, Ms Donna Kavanagh pleaded guilty to 9 charges under the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013.
The nine charges were for Regulation 26: No person may be in possession of an unauthorised veterinary medicinal product.
Donna Kavanagh was fined £1360, plus £136 victim surcharge and £85 cost. In addition, all seized medicines were to be forfeited and destroyed.
