Lawfare Project Offering Pro Bono Legal Services to Victims of Anti-Semitic Assaults

Our community is under siege. While Jews across the United States celebrated Hanukkah last week, there were at least 9 anti-Semitic assaults in the New York area alone. We've been sounding the alarm about this crisis for a long time and the media finally seems to be taking notice.

Today, The Lawfare Project is announcing a new partnership with Ken Belkin of Spodek Law Group to offer pro bono legal services to victims of anti-Semitic assaults. We're here to help victims navigate the criminal justice system and make sure their interests are represented. If you or someone you know has been the victim of an anti-Semitic attack, please contact us today.

"We're proud to work with The Lawfare Project to support the Jewish community during these trying times," said Ken Belkin of Spodek Law Group. "Our firm has an excellent reputation and extensive experience working within the New York criminal justice system and we're excited to pool our resources with The Lawfare Project's top-notch network of legal professionals."

The Lawfare Project and Spodek Law Group are already representing Lihi Aharon, who was subjected to a vicious and violent anti-Semitic attack on a New York City subway earlier this month. The ADL says there were 1,879 incidents of anti-Semitism in 2018. The real number is likely much higher, as so many go unreported. It's time we fight back.
