Kestrel Assets Limited, a subsidiary of Mayside Partners Limited, has today (11 June 2022) announced its acquisition of the assets of Leased Aviation Limited.
There has been no effective change of ownership because both companies are owned by Mayside Partners Limited, but after the completion of the transaction, Stroggilo Management, which is a division of Kestrel Assets Limited, will oversee the operation of Leased Aviation services rather than the previous limited company operating as an independent subsidiary of Mayside Partners.
