On February 29, Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun spoke by phone with Republic of Korea Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha. The two discussed the COVID-19 outbreak and the two countries’ response. Deputy Secretary Biegun and Foreign Minister Kang reaffirmed the importance of our alliance and commitment to regional and global security.
